Community Development & Infrastrucure may grant a disposal site fee waiver for qualifying clean-up events for removal of trash and recyclables that have been illegally dumped or littered in a public space area. These fee waivers are considered a gift of public funds and cannot be issued for clean-up of private property. All clean-up event disposal fee waiver requests must be submitted in writing by completing this form: The fee waiver must be approved in advance by the Director of Public Works or their designee.
Only cleanups done in the unincorporated areas are eligible for disposal fee waivers. City locations and State Beaches are not included.
